Shipping Details - Rushk
We endeavour to deliver all orders immediately once the payment has been completed.The majority of orders are shipped within 1 - 5 business days. If you require something urgently, please get in touch with us at sales@rushk.com.au. We will try to expedite delivery.
For those items that are in stock, we’ll dispatch the order within 2 - 5 working days. For those products that are customized or are not currently in stock, delivery may take from 3 - 21 days, from receipt of payment, depending on the items purchased and current stock levels.
Shipping is Free for orders worth $99 and above, and for orders below that, it's flat $10, Australia Wide (excluding bulky items). Rushk reserves the right to discontinue this offer at anytime or dis-approve any order to classify for the offer without any notice or explanation. Cost of delivery for bulky items will depend upon the quantity, weight and dimensions of the product.
Bulky items such as strollers, furniture and play centres are not entitled to Australia wide free shipping & postage fee will calculated on product page.
Customer will be liable for the re-delivery fee
DELIVERY
All Rushk orders are delivered during business hours. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations. Carriers are unfortunately not able to specify an exact delivery day or time so we recommend to keep an eye on the tracking information.
Upon arrival of your package, please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe please refuse the package. There is no need to refuse all delivered packages if most are in good condition.
As per our standard agreement with the courier service providers, parcels will be left outside at a safe location if no one is available to accept the delivery. Please contact us soon after completing your order if you would like a signature upon delivery service. We are no longer refunding for lost parcels,
Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilise the following shipping and delivery methods:
SMALL ITEMS
Many lightweight items such as quilt cover sets can be shipped via Australia Post. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and you have not given an authority to leave the package, a notice with alternative arrangements will be left at your residence (usually your parcel will be stored at your local post office for pick up).
LARGE ITEMS
For large sized items such as flat packed furniture or fitness equipment that cannot be shipped via Australia Post, we will send them through one of several freight carriers. The standard shipping includes delivery to entrance or kerb-side and customer assistance might be required for big & bulky items (above 30 kg). The standard shipping does not include a call to arrange a suitable delivery time. However, once your items have left the warehouse, you will be able to track their journey online. Please note that delivery dates shown on the carriers’ websites are only estimates.
Please contact us if you require specialised shipping option that includes 2 member delivery team and delivery during designated day/time.
Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing bulky items.
Usually, freight deliveries require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in a reasonable order. However, no one is available to accept the delivery, all shipments are authorised to be left at your door. Due to security and liability restriction of our carriers, the customer is responsible for bringing any of such merchandise into their home, so we recommend that you have someone available to help you carry the items into your home, unpack and install.
Iternational Orders:
We are pleased to offer international Shipping to our customers world wide. International parcels are sent via Australia post and have to be placed via email since the shipping costs vary item to item and conutry to conutry. We'll try our best to give you the best possible rates however; a chance of error may exist. Please be aware that deliveries outside of the Australia may be subject to customs. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from RUSHK.
Please send an email to sales@rushk.com.au including the products you're interested in (mention name, size, colour and quantity) and your delivery address. Our sales team will get back to you within 3 hours. Payment will only be accepted via credit/debit card or PayPal.
Order Status and Tracking
As soon your order will be dispatched, you will receive a notification email along with tracking details to check the status of your parcel.
You can track the shipping status of your order on the shipper’s website (details will be provided) or simply by dropping us an email at sales@rushk.com.au
ORDER CANCELLATION
We may request for additional shipping fee where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, inner city deliveries, island deliveries, etc.), Rushk reserves the right to cancel an order if additional shipping is not paid. Please contact us first if you'd like to check if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.
